We sit down with you, exploring your ideas and preferences. Together, we sketch out the initial design, ensuring every detail aligns with your vision. It’s an interactive process, allowing for immediate adjustments as we translate your thoughts into a visual blueprint.

PROFESSIONAL REFINEMENT

Our team of engineers and architects takes the hand-drawn concept and transforms it into a professional mockup. This step ensures your design meets all necessary codes and regulations, marrying creativity with structural integrity.

CLIENT APPROVAL

We sit down with you, exploring your ideas and preferences. Together, we sketch out the initial design, ensuring every detail aligns with your vision. It’s an interactive process, allowing for immediate adjustments as we translate your thoughts into a visual blueprint.

Build

Enhance your Elite Enclaves unit with ingenious spatial planning. We offer two sizes of shipping containers that can be connected and stacked or placed side-by-side, creating a variety of different configurations.

Connected & Stacked

Placed Side by Side

Utilize our stacked container configurations to construct a second-floor living space, featuring modern design and a panoramic view of your surroundings. Additional deck space makes this configuration the perfect spot to relax.

Link multiple containers side by side, removing shared walls and seamlessly conjoining them to maximize your square footage. This straightforward configuration offers practical and efficient expansion, elevating the possibilities for your living space.

Beginning Your Building Journey

MEETING

First, let's take a look at what your collective ideas are and together we can figure out just how to make it happen. We will walk through size, products, timeline and costs to ensure we are transparent all the way through.

DESIGN

Once you have your design ready and your ideas locked in, our engineering team will work with you to ensure that design and safety meet together to form the highest quality home.

PICK YOUR ELEMENTS

This is the fun part. Here, we would let you walk the manufacturing facility to get your full designs desired in mind and then take you to the showroom floor to pick all of your design elements. The more custom the project, the more we happily accept the challenge.

BUILD

Now you will get to sit back and watch the magic happen. We will send you your pictures and videos throughout the process and print a 3D model of your home for you to see in full view during the build. This will allow you to be as hands on or hands off as you prefer to be.
